A pleasant and surprising oasis along the Central Arnhem Road surrounded by wild buffaloes and pandanas and is the home of musical sensation Blek Bala Mujik.

| Bulman residents are extremely proud of their workers currently upgrading the football oval and renovating the recreation hall that sits along side. The plant operators, that have been doing the earthworks, went to Ngukurr early in the 2009 dry season to assist with that Community's football oval upgrade, gaining the necessary skills and building up their plant operating hours to qualify as certified operators. With the amount of road maintenance and recreation oval upgrades required in the Arnhem Land region, they should have plenty of work for many years to come. |
